Step One

Raw Water Collection

Pure water begins its journey from deep underground sources (borewells). Water is extracted using powerful pumps and stored in large holding tanks for the purification process.

Step Two

Pre-Filtration (Sand & Sediment Removal)

Water passes through multiple layers of gravel, coarse sand, and fine sand filters. These natural filters trap and remove visible dirt, dust, mud particles, rust, and other large impurities.

Think of this as the first defense system. Just like straining tea leaves, this step removes everything you can see with your naked eye, protecting the advanced filters ahead from getting damaged or clogged.

Step Three

Activated Carbon Filtration

Water flows through specially treated carbon granules that act like tiny sponges. These carbon particles have millions of microscopic pores that trap chemicals, gases, and organic compounds.

Step Four

Multi Stage Micron Filtration

Water passes through three ultra-fine filters in sequence: 5 micron, 1 micron, and 0.2 micron. Each filter has smaller holes than the previous one, catching tinier and tinier particles.

Understanding Microns

A micron is 1/1000th of a millimeter. Human hair is 70 microns thick. Our 0.2 micron filter can trap particles 350 times smaller than a human hair!

Step Five

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Advanced Purification

Water is pushed through a semi permeable membrane under high pressure. This special membrane has pores so tiny (0.0001 micron) that only pure water molecules can pass through. Everything else gets blocked and flushed away.

Why This Matters

This is the heart of purification! RO removes dissolved impurities that cannot be filtered by any other method. Even if water looks crystal clear, it may contain dissolved salts, heavy metals, and chemicals RO removes all of these.

Understanding RO in Simple Terms

Imagine a wall with billions of holes so small that only single water molecules can squeeze through. Salt molecules, metal particles, viruses, and chemicals are too big to pass they get left behind and drained out.

Step Six

Mineralization Adding Essential Nutrients

After RO purification, we add back essential minerals: Calcium and Magnesium in precise, healthy amounts. This process is called remineralization.

Why We Need This

While RO removes all impurities, it also removes beneficial minerals. Pure RO water tastes "flat" and lacks essential nutrients your body needs. Mineralization restores the natural goodness.

This step is MANDATORY under Indian law. Since January 1, 2021, all packaged drinking water manufacturers must add these specific mineral levels for public health.

Ozonation Advanced Disinfection

Ozone gas (O₃) is infused into purified water. Ozone is a powerful natural disinfectant made of three oxygen atoms. It destroys any remaining bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms instantly, then converts back into regular oxygen.
